Here is what's been done so far...

Car is a 2005 with 65K miles. No mods except k&n fipk, and I think there are some spark plug anti-foulers hanging on the secondary 02 sensor from a previous exhaust install.

5-5-12
P1128 MAP Lower Than Expected
Cleaned map hole
Cleaned IACV
reset ecu

5-16-12
P1122 Throttle Position Higher Than Expected
reseated tps plug

Maybe I should use some contact cleaner on that tps plug?
Idle is pretty steady at 900rpms.
Car has been doing the push the clutch in and bog thing for a long time. Never got a CEL from it until 2 weeks ago. It did it then went into limp mode with the "P1128 MAP Lower Than Expected" code.

I still need to clean my k&n fipk filter. Probably never been cleaned since installed before I bought the car in 2008.
Also I have never checked the pcv. If either of these things could cause this.

Guess I just need to wait and collect more codes? I still have warranty until October I think, so I could take it to the dealer at some point.
