Replace which ever strikers are worn.
If the top is still noisy let me know i have the ultimate fix.
As far as the CEL, just turn the key on and wait 15-25 seconds or so, and watch the CEL.
If it blinks, the monitor tests are not complete.
If it goes off, then the tests are complete and your fixed vac line has cured the problem

just checked and its officially gone! Saves the $300 dollors to change the lines and $1000 to replace the pump the dealership was trying to charge me with. I will replace strikers next but whats the ultimate fix?

I would think replacing the air pump and the air pump relay would be the correct action.
The air pump relay (contactor assembly) sticks intermittently, causing the air pump (secondary air injection) to overheat.

Nope, P0411 "Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow" is usually caused by misrouted or unplugged vacuum hoses, like Bill said.
You'll throw that code when the EGR valve doesn't open (valve that injects air into the exhaust, located on the intake manifold). This is usually do to no/leaking vacuum, a faulty solenoid, or a failed ECU transistor (it controls the solenoid, I've witnessed two of these failures). The latter two causes are rare.

For a P0410 that might be the case, but the OP corrected himself when I asked if he meant P0411 he said yes
