p0135
i just finished returning my car back to stock after being turbo for over a year and a half. I got rid of all of my cel and I have one left, the p0135 which is the primary o2 cel. I was unsure of which o2 was which so i installed the white rubber coated o2 sensor in the primary location and the blue rubber coated in the secondary location. Is this correct?? When I first started the car i did not have any of the o2 sensors connected but i turned it off after the engine idled fine. Could this have ruined something. I read somewhere that the ecm might have to be replaced??? Could the o2 sensor be damaged after the turbo abuse it has seen?? What should I do??

If you started the car without the sensor plugged in this will code. It's a 02 heater failure, Clear the DTC to see if it recodes. If it does you got a bad 02, or one that isn't plugged in all the way.

i reset the ecu and still having the same problem. So i went out and bought a generic primary o2 sensor made by bosch. The bosch sensor had 2 white wires, a black, and a grey just like the stock sensor. It didn't come with a good wire chart so i just lined both sensors together and wired it up. installed the sensor, reset the ecu and i'm still getting the code, any ideas?? is it wired wrong. There was a thread made by modifry where he used a generic and it worked.
