Overly Stiff Clutch Pedal
My clutch pedal is pretty stiff, enough to where I physically notice it every time and it sort of makes my shifting twitchy, if that makes sense. Now I've been reading and people said the S2000 pedal is stiffer anyways, could need fluid, could be leaking, etc. I've checked all that and I think none of that is the issue. The guy I bought it from put in a aftermarket clutch and flywheel. It's a bit too stiff for my taste so short of replacing it, is there anything I can do to make it softer?
Thanks

Not really. Clutch effort is dictated by clutch springs, and mechanical advantage of clutch. The mechanical thing has to do with ratio of diameter of MC vs slave cylinder, as well as overall clutch pedal travel.
The aftermarket clutch springs are your problem. Unless the car is boosted, there is no need for an aftermarket clutch. It always amazes me how Honda did such an amazing job engineering this car to deliver such a high level of balanced performance, and how often people replace things with aftermarket parts that don't perform any better than stock and introduce compromises to the car.
