The rad cap may be bust, not holding enough pressure in so the boiling point of the coolant is reduced. Replacing it will prove it either way.

The fact that the heater is not working suggests a blockage. Perform a full flush.

You've bled the system countless times, air has to be getting in somewhere.

its got a new cap on it. the mishimoto one that came with the rad. wouldnt alow it to pass fluid. i do somewhat agree with a blockage except that if air is getting stuck in the heater core and not allowing water in to it that would also make the heater not hot.

how do you do a full flush? just drain the radiator or do i need something else?

and the last thing you said ^^^ i totally agree with. that is my point exactly, i just can not for the life of me think of where the hell its comming from!!

You need a coolant flush machine to pump all of the fluid out. Also, make sure the overflow tank has fluid in it, or it could suck air in from there when it cools down.

dont need any machine. just flush as much of it out as you can.

how will a full system flush and pouring new radiator fluid into the the system going to solve this?

if that doesn't solve the problem, he's gonna have to drain the fluid once again to look into the system.
the dudes gonna waste money on coolant fluid.

i suggest while you are at it, check the thermostat. even if air bubble was the problem, the radiator fluid will still flow. but the heater isn't working so there is no flow. it's either the water pump is broken or the thermostat.
