Default overheating

Hey guys i just got my car back from the body shop today, as i was driving home the car temp gauges starts going higher and higher and next thing you know its one bar away from the red, I own a ap1 by the way. The fluid is brand new put in today. Just took it for a drive and I after coming home I leave the car on and check to notice both of my fans are not working. Since the car was hot i dont want to risk getting burned. I need to check the wiring, can anyone help me to figure out everything is connected correctly. Plus i noticed the radiator cooler reservoir is empty. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks and sry for the noob questions.

your cooling system has air pockets ... the body shop did not properly fill and purge air pockets from the system
