$4,000 for a new engine sounds good, but I was not able to find one for that. Not to mention I was into this repair for about a grand of labor already. I just want to recover as much as I can by refurbishing the old head and selling it. I only want to do that if I can get a consensus that it will not be a potential problem to the buyer. More info will be appreciated in any form.

actually my friend is about to put the head on today. I should be driving it by tomorrow..can't wait.. it's been already 3 weeks since i drove my car

do the 2.2 ltrs have a rev limiter? what rpm is considered dangerous for the AP2?
