Over heat issue on my AP1 URGENT!
So I have my radiator installed and the heat is working fine then now there no heat only natural air. Could it be a possible there still air in the system? When I have ac on my temperature is only at 3 bar nothing more but when I have it on between ac and heat my temperature bar just jump up sky rocket. Could if be the water pump is going bad or due to the fact I don't get hot air from heat and there air in the system? I can drive the car fine with ac blasting just not the knob in between ac and heat

keep bleeding until your heat is consistent, don't run it if you see the temp guage spike, shut it down before you do damage.

Getting the funnel in this video: http://youtu.be/zUpXgAJ1gjU and following most of the procedures outlined should solve your problem.
Let it idle with that funnel until the radiator fans turn on. You'll see the level in the funnel drop and the heat will return to your HVAC system.

Yeah I have seen that I'm gonna pick it up its called Lisle/Spill free funnel. I have try the billman method and can't seem to get it work right and have wasted a lot of coolant probably just me. Will buy the spill free tunnel and do this process over. Was driving this morning to work and have the ac/heat on to clear the window up and not realizing the temperature was up to red and pull over off the highway. I saw the coolant splashing in the radiator area but seem to me it was coming from the radiator cap area since I do have aftermarket aluminum mishimoto radiator. What I heard that the the radiator cap that came with the mishimotor aren't as good and peoples tend to put a replacement on it. Hope the damaged is not bad since it running fine with only 3 bar when driving the car after work.

this may take a while but its the easy way to get those bubbles out of your system (assuming thats what it is)...
just jack the car up from the front as high as you can so that the radiator is the highest point on the engine side.
load it with coolant and leave the top cap off
start the car and let the bubbles come out of the open top part while refilling it with coolant so that the liquid stays flowing on top.
repeat process until you see no more bubbles for a solid 10-15 minutes. obviously check your heater by making sure its blowing hot air, and you could do this without that funnel, but it will make it easier, less messier, and you could leave it alone a little bit in case you need to go take a crap. otherwise, if you dont use a funnel, just keep your eye on the coolant level and constantly refill it and leave it flush and full as bubbles come out
this is the long way and may take over hour or so, but it should work that way.
