Outer Tie Rod End Replacement
Order two outer tie rod ends and cant seem to find the DIY walkthrough on how to do this. I've done them on a Volkswagen before but not an s2000. I apologize if the DIY was right in front of me, I couldn't find it on the DIY page.
Thanks in advance to anyone with insight.

Measure their approx position using a tape measure on the exposed threads.
Un-do the jam nut first (the one that jams them against the inner tie rod).
Separate the joint.
Then twist them out.
Put anti sieze on the inner tie rod threads if you drive in salt.
Twist the new ones in.
Tighten the castle nut to seat the joint first. Torque to spec (dry threads, no grease/oil).
Then tighten the jam nut. Don't kill it...they're gonna need to loosen it at the alignment shop you'll be going to immediately afterward.
I always use a support wrench like you're supposed to. Most people don't
Don't forget the cooter pin. Yes. Cooter.
Hope you bought tie rods from Honda.

Alternately you can mark the jam nut and threads with whiteout, that'll help with reassembly.
