Second owner here but I do believe they are the original brakes (not sure if Honda replaced them under CPO), going on 65k with plenty of life left in them. Original clutch too.

I have 110k on my 03 and I'm still on the original pads / rotors.. I have new ones sitting in my garage, but since I've been lazy lately, I haven't replaced them yet. Planning on doing it in the next week or 2.

i was at 80k with mine as well, about 65% highway and I do not engine brake. Still plenty of meat left. Unfortunately they started squeaking pretty bad even after regreasing them. Put new pads/grease on and squeaking went away.

Yep, I just replaced mine front and rear at 110,000 miles. Probably 80% freeway driving. On my original clutch still. Replaced with stock pads. Amazing that they last this long yet are such a high performance pad as well.
