Default Open connectors and a loose vacuum hose

Took off the black cover above the intake manifold of my S, and noticed there were 4 connectors that were above my injectors that were just there, and no other connections to connect it to, am I missing something? Heres some pics

Also, was checking my vacuum hoses, and found one that was just open as well. Anyone knows where this one goes?

Looks like the car either has or had aftermarket injectors at some point that required a different connector

That car has definitely had FI at one point. That vac splitter in the fuel regulator line isn't stock either. I agree with them being injector clips. looks like they each splice into the stock injector wires for each one. I would trace that vac line back. If it hits a 3-way splitter, just delete it all together. I would plug it until you figure it out.
