Can you use another key to unlock the trunk with the keyhole?

This seems obvious unless you lost the other 2 keys.

LOL I do hacve a spare tire does that make it impossible?
No. It's not impossible. You will have to push out the spare tire cover with something long and stout. You won't have much room, but a coat hanger should work well if you remember where in the trunk you left your keys.

Just call a locksmith dude, we can either pick open the trunk lock or make a "mechanical" key(will turn the locks but has no chip). If you want to save yourself some money, you can take a door lock out, drive down to the locksmith shop and have them make a key to it, will save u the service call and more.

Oh wait, u have the new laser cut key eh? Doesn't make it impossible but alot harder to pick and limited companies have the machine to cut those keys... good luck.

You definitely need to atleast find out if you can fix the trunk button first, Would save you so much time and money if you can get that thing working.

Take the hooks off behind the seat and that plastic panel will come off.

I hear State Flam sells stupid insurance. To make such a claim, you phone and they send over Ricco and a crowbar.
