I flushed my brakes about a month ago, and I had full pads on at the time. I just installed my race pads, which are much more worn than the OEM set, and I noticed the brake light was on. Upon further inspection it appeared my fluid reservoir had dipped slighly below the MIN line. I have some MOTUL sitting around. Is it ok to crack one of the bottles and top off the reservoir? The original fuild was a DOT4 as well but different brand.

Yeah, adding Motul is fine. You may want to rebleed your brakes, though. If you dipped below the min. line you may have stomped some air into the lines.
