You will probably find it is caused by either too much crankcase pressure or O-rings being too slippery. Wipe the o-rings below the dipstick handle and try again.

Are you forced induction? If so, you are pressurizing the crank through the PVC valve. Changing the valve may fix the problem. Put in a KrankVent valve and it will never happen.
