Oil on Spark Plugs

Good, that's what id do first. Hope you got a new set of plugs too, and plug seals is all that's going on.

But since you mentioned having high consumption issues, you still may want to find out what your comp and leak down numbers are. Determine if its rings through that process, obviously there isn't much you can do about that other then continue to drive the car until you get sick of adding a lot of oil or seeing smoke. But if it appears to be valve seals and guide related, then that's worth getting done. Burning a lot of oil isn't great long term if it can be resolved relatively inexpensively, compared to a full bottom end overhaul, which is what you would be looking at with rings.

I work at honda so i just showed the plugs to some techs and they all said its not a big deal and just change the seals and ot should resolve the issue

I have a little oil on the last 2-3 threads on two of my old plugs. The other two are clean.

Have to say those plugs look like every other plug I've pulled on numerous motors. Wouldn't be worried at all.
