Oil seaping through bolt located on the center of the engine
I noticed the other day that oil was bubbling and then seaping down the engine from the bolt located dead center on the engine. There was also buildup near the bottom. Does that meab the bolt is loose?

Yes, that bolt. I do have a problem burning a quart of oil every 1000miles. And white smoke comes out of the exhause after 6k RPMs. But other than that car drives real smooth. Should I just tighten the bolt?

Your bolt isn't likely loose, the o-ring is simply leaking. Just get the proper o-ring replacement part from your Honda dealer and swap out the o-ring that sits behind the bolt head.
Back out the bolt just enough to grab the old o-ring with a pick tool, and then reinstall the new o-ring in the groove and torque the bolt back down to 36 ft lbs. Don't back out the bolt beyond what is necessary to reach the o-ring,as you will drop a washer that sits in the head and it won't be fun - just enough to reach the old o-ring with a pick tool. I did mine a couple months ago, and it has been fine ever since, this is a common source of seepage. There are some DIY threads on this, if you have any quesions feel free to pm me.
