Default Oil Pressure switch leak

I'm pretty sure my oil pressure switch is leaking. I took off the wire boot and it had oil inside. I don't see much oil above the switch so I think my TCT and VTEC selenoid are ok. I ordered gaskets for them just in case. From my reading I think I can just remove it, clean it, dab of Honda bond, and re insert. Question is, how do I remove the oil pressure switch? It has an odd shape.

Pretty sure it was just a 22mm socket.

I recently replaced my OPS' O-ring gasket. I used a shifting/adjustable wrench. Would be easier to remove your airbox to get a better angle around the bolt. Comes off easy once you do. Don't over-tighten when you reinstall. You may use some pipe thread on the threads if you like.

Might be that. Its the thin white tape plumbers use on pipe threads

Lol yep that sounds like it. It has many different names.

I just replaced my OPS o-ring last week. Seems like it's fixed the leak so far! Also seems like the engine is running smoother too, but that might just be the cool weather.

Lol, that might be the placebo effect
Cooler weather probably.

My OPS is dry now thanks to the new O ring but I noticed a little bit of oil residue collecting underneath the actual bolt even after I tightened it. Can you check yours as well and tell me if you feel oil residue there?
