100 sounds quite high. Mine will get close to 95 but that is in the dead of winter (-25*C or colder). My cold reading these days is around 80 and hot idle is down to about 20-25. Hot revved pressure is no more than 75. Make sure your new sender is properly grounded if you are using some sort of remote mount.


My previous comment about using the stock sender wire? Don't do it. This is a negative ground car. Splicing the stock wire onto the new sender would be like doubling the current (or creating a short).
