but idk because my oil pan had a sh*t ton of metal shaving in it, no chunks or shards thank God.
This was not a good sign at all. I rebuilt mine when it hit 100,000 miles, and I didn't have any shavings. On the video - Maybe it was how it was recorded, but the engine does not sound good in my opinion. (it sounds "loose" to me)

Like others have said, get a true oil pressure reading as a start. If the oil pressure is good, readjust the valves. If you do have low oil pressure, the #4 bearing, then the #3 bearing are the last in the oil flow, so they are probably going to go first if there is an oil starvation issue.

A bottom end rebuild is not that difficult, and you don't need to pull the engine. I bought a new crank, ( $1,100) so it came with matching bearings. I never had an issue with my oil pressure, but I still installed a new oil pump.

If the pan had metal shavings in it, everything in the engine is suspect. Don't expect that all of those shavings came only from the rod bearings. I'd suspect you've got some bad bearings elsewhere and I'd go with the long block replacement. Either that or a full teardown and rebuild.
