oil pressure issue
Ok not your normal oil pressure issue. starts up and holds just under 75psi. when warm and at a cruising speed 4k rpms its at 60psi. Very low considering spec is closer to 80-85psi. WOT goes to about 65 and when vtec hits drops to about 50psi and vtec actually disengages. I wanted to get the plot from the dyno pulls but for got basically its an upward curve til about 7.5 k and then it falls off.
Has anyone had this happen and if so what caused it. I am running rotella t 15w 40 oil and that should be plenty thick enough even here in ga to sustain normal pressure.
I am either thinking oil pump or some part of the rockers aren't getting enough to keep the pins engaged.
I hope I don't have to break the motor back down as I just reassembled the damned thing. any input is greatly appreciated.

Your oil pressure seems low across the board. My oil pressure on a cold engine is always over 80 PSI and right around 80 PSI with a warm engine at 4000 RPMs. And I'm using 0W-30 oil.
My pressure gauge may be off a little (it's digital and maxes out at 80 PSI) but that's what it read even when I installed it seven years ago. It seems like you have some worn bearings. Not bad enough to cause a major problem, but definitely not optimum.
