Default Oil Pan Bolts Torque Specification

Anyone has a manual that states the oil pan bolts torque specification?

8.7 lbf-ft

The hard part will be finding a torque wrench that reads under 10ft lbs.

Most people simply install them untill the bolts feel "tight". 8.7 ft/lbs is not a lot of force.
