The bubbles were not there in the morning after a cold check, only see the bubbles after driving.

Ahhh, that's not what it seemed like in your previous post. I think after the oil has been churned up from driving, the oil gets a bit aerated. If you had little bubbles in it after it sat all night, then my first diagnosis may have some merit. I wouldn't worry about it then.

I recommend an oil analysis to help figure out what the "little bubbles" are. They could be air bubbles due to an overfill condition, or water droplets as xviper suggested. Doing the analysis will take the guesswork out of this armchair analysis. I use Blackstone Labs, but there are several others to use as well.

Also, it is generally a good idea to keep the oil level at the full mark. It sounds like you are still about 1/2 quart low. Please clarify - is the oil level "3 diamonds" above the lower line on the dipstick? Or, is the level above the upper line?

Not necessarily. If you did the check correctly (flat surface, pulled the stick out immediately before waiting the 3 minutes) this is what Honda wants us to do (hot check). Then, when you check it cold in the morning, you should be only 1 to "X's" over and that is OK. This is assuming that you drove the car long enough to bring the oil up to operating temp. If you did not, then yes, you may have overfilled.

It might be interesting to note that our engine has a "slosh" shield just under the crankshaft and above the oil. Even if you overfill enough for the crankshaft to slam into the oil, only that small layer will get foamed. The critical oil that the pump picks up will be fine. This is NOT saying that if you overfill by a lot, that this extra quantity won't cause a problem.
