Default Oil light stayed on after oil change

after I added about 5.1 quarts I turned on the car and noticed that the oil light stayed on for about 3-4 secs and I kept hearing that TCT sound, the sound it makes when it goes bad. As soon as the light went away the TCT noise went away too. I have Billman's TCT btw. I'm kind of worried...

^^ did you pre fill the oil filter? If you dont it usually takes an extra second or 2 after changing the oil for the oil light to kick off... I think your worrying over nothing

Ittt'ssss gonnnna bloooooowwwwwwww.

Mu, I'm sure you're fine.....see if it does it on the next few startups and report back. You could also get a pressure gauge and see where you're actually at for oil pressure (remove dummy sending unit and connect gauge there)

Sounds normal if you didn't fill the filter with oil before installing it.
