If you still have the old oil filter, cut it open to see whats there.
If it was a Honda filter it should look like the filter in the middle of this pic

If the bearnings are going bad they will be all over the outside of the filter.

You crack me up Rod. I don't think there is a single other picture I have seen more times on this site than that of your 3 chopped filters.

Why did you mess with the oil pressure switch? Maybe you'll get lucky and the problem lies there?

Because it shows the Honda, Wix(small filter) and the Baldwin. If you click on the pic you can see better pic's of all three.

I cut open every one that comes off my wifes S. I like Honda and the S is soooo much fun to drive, but you can read on here how many engines that have had bad bearings, pistons, valve spring retainers. I don't want our S to be one of those.
I should take some new pics of the next filter that comes off our S, it will be awhile I just put on a new one.

He only has 5 post so maybe HE hasn't seen that pic yet.
