Thats what i am thinking that Stock ECU should be ok or vice versa. Let them do the mechanical install and i will feed in this information as well to honda, lets see what they come up with. I hope i can run my car again soon!

your honda dealership should be able to get the ECU to work. They did it for me without a new vin number.
Did you have the new oil banjo bolts installed? and or where you running a baffled oil pan?
im trying to prevent this from happening to my car by installing those two items.
I track the car alot.

Towards the 3rd session my Engine oil light started blinking, i am immediately lifted off and went back to pits, checked oil, was good, added 1/4 litre more and went back on, saw the light again and came back in.

Baffled sump is one of the things you need on a track car. An oil cooler is almost equally as important, and the oil jet bolt recall.
Some cooling mods are also worth doing (spoon / mugen thermostat)
Also an oil temp / pressure gauge with alarms.
This might seem a lot, as the S copes really well on the odd track day here and there, but if you are doing a lot this could save your engine.

Thanks MB, i have almost everything now and will get it installed. Can you ellaborate a bit more on the jet bolt? is it the same as magnetic drain bolt?
And good oil cooler that fits in nicely, somewhere.
I had the Fwin radiator before, removed that installed stock radiator, no heating issues but now getting the Koyo installed as well.

Another thing i realised, after the track day i noticed that plastic around the exhaust, or the lower part of my rear bumper was melted from one side due to exhaust movement. i dont know how that thing kept on moving to the right! I cannot move it from hand and while tracking the whole exhaust was moving to the right and touching the bumper lower part which got melted. Why? Shall i change to harder exhaust mount for J's Racing? Is that the reason?
I run T1R single right now.

The updated oil jet bolt has 4 holes versus 2 holes. The holes may be angled differently, I'm not sure ![thinker.gif](https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/thinker.gif)
The updated oil jet bolt's provide more cooling and lubrication for the pistons.
