Oil leak from rear passenger side

Oil leak from rear passenger side
While I was vacuuming my car today I noticed that the car was leaking oil from the rear. I jacked the car up and noticed that it was leaking through a small rubber pipe from the rear (in front of the rear passenger wheel). I haven't driven the car in two weeks and before that I did not notice any leaking from the car.
I am really not sure what the liquid was that was leaking from the car but it seemed to be red and very sticky, similar to honey.
Here are some pictures:
This is the picture of the leak (I apologize for the horrible cell phone pictures):

At a closer look:

To get a feel of where the location is:

The "basics" about cars is at most what I know and any help on what caused/what fluid would be very helpful. I am taking the car in to the dealership for them to check it out and hopefully it would be covered by warranty if it is a problem.
Any feedback is very much appreciated.

That's the soft top drainage hole, did someone spill soda on the top?
I don't think anyone spilled any soda. It liquid seems very thick (honey like) which I'm thinking now is probably sap? So is this something that I should just clean up and put it behind me? I appreciate your comment Thetz99
