Default Oil leak found with picture

So I finally found what was making me burn a quart every 500 miles!

I think this is the culprit.

What exactly do I need to do to fix this?

I HIGHLY doubt that leak would be causing a whole quart in 500 miles. You'd have oil EVERYWHERE. Yes, it looks like its leaking and should be addressed (VTEC solenoid as stated), but I'm sure you have other reasons for using oil besides there.

Is it just a gasket that's leaking or something more serious? It's been the same way since I got my car 4 months ago.

Could be leaking from any of these locations:

VTEC valve-to-head gasket
VTEC valve top gasket (not sold separately)
TCT O-rings
TCT top cap
oil psi switch
valve cover
head-to-block chaincase seal (silicone)

Even if you fix that oil leak, you won't see any difference in oil consumption. That is likely a few drops in 500 miles.

I don't know what it could be then, I constantly smell burning oil in the cabin while I'm driving.

It's probably because a drop or two ends up on the exhaust manifold and it vaporizes the oil, and the vapors pass through into the vent system which is right behind the exhaust manifold. But what you loose there is tiny.

Replace this as it's the most likely culprit.

If that doesn't work then it's most likely one of these

Parts 15, 16, 17 in the diagram.

If that still doesn't work then

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...DER+HEAD+COVER

Part 1, and 4 #4's especially if they haven't been changed in more than 60k miles.

Thank you, I'll grab all of them since they're cheap.
