As many have said, they are designed to improve lubrication during sustained high-speed driving, so only you would be able to answer that question. Do you plan on doing a lot of it? As for an opinion, mine is that they would be nice to have, but I have to say, I think the chances of screwing something up during this upgrade are more likely than the chance of you burning up an engine without it. Some have installed the bolts improperly, others have cross-threaded due to weird angles. I believe the 2002 vin# is 5300 or something up to the present, so heed Ludedude's advice and make sure you dont already have them.

my 00 S2k still has the single hole oil jet bolts. i take her up to 9k daily. 70k miles on her and no engine problems.

The issue theoretically has more to do with long term high rpm (read high-heat) operation. A few blasts to 9000 isn't the same thing as running at 6,000+ RPM for hours at a time.
