Default Oil on front of the cylinder head

I just looked under the hood of my MY02 S for the first time in a while. It has not been driven since November and has 2500 miles on it. I noticed oil on the front of the head between the two allen bolts that go into the timing cover. It is wet enough that I can get oil on my finger. Not leaking allot, just seepage. Does anyone else have this or is this the porous head condition that I have read about?

Thanks xviper. Mine is seeping where it says PCX. In the other thread, it looks like someone has a similar leak on the other side of these studs. Once I start driving it again I will see if it gets worse and if so, just have the dealer take a look and at least get it documented. It looks like this area is sealed with the Honda liquid gasket.
