There's a new type of oil filter wrench that I heard of. It has three or four prongs, fits any size filter and works like a charm. I'll try to find it and post the name.

Go to the local Honda dealer and order part#15400-PCX-305, not only do you get the correct filter for the S2000, but you also get a filter wrench with it. Price is little different than the filter alone.

Youre joking right? Its the easiest oil filter to get to in the world. The only way it could get any easier is if it were mounted on top of the valve cover.
