It might have fallen into the drain pan. Make sure you don't have TWO washers on there or it might start to leak one day.

Guys, Thanks for your advice.
I just update how this ended up. It's kinda humiliated...

I loosened the drain plug and inspected carefully with a flashlight.
Then I found one extra washer sticking to a drain pan.
So I just removed extra one.
I changed oil many times before but this was my first experience.
My learning was trust Honda and doubt what I did...
