Default Oil deal at Autozone

If any of you need some, go stock up.(there is a limit per visit of 2 deals)
I got 10 qts of the European Formula 0w30 and 2 filter(i wont use anything but oem so i got 2 for my buddies Tahoe to sell off to him to save more money
i believe there is a "sale" on all Castrol oils so if you use Edge with Titanium or just the basic oils check it out.

I go back in and return the filters for store credit

They charge like 15 bucks when not on sale

I actually make money changing my oil lmao.

^Hey that's a good idea.

I just got a deal at pepboys not too long ago: 5 quarts of Royal purple synthetic oil + filter for 35 bucks. I got two deals worth. I use oem filters so I could just return the filters.

Yup join their FB page they give even more deals.

They also usually do the "do the job right" deals the guys that work there get points for. You get the oil, filter, drain pan, shop towels, hand cleaner for 38

I just keep the oil full syn costs me about 11 bucks once I bring it back for store credit. I just wait a week for a diff guy to bring it all back

I am stocking up on Quaker State Full Synthetic (Ultimate Durability) 5w30 at Pep boys. This is for my Accord and Camry. 5 Quarts and the Purolater Pureone filter for $30. plus tax. Quaker has a $20 rebate for 5Q and Pep boys has a $10 rebate for 5q plus Pureone oil filter. Almost free except for the tax.

No, the filters the above posters are talking about are the UNUSED filters included in the "deal". They simply return just this part for store credit...I'm assuming without the receipt so the employee wont know they got the filter with the deal.

K&N filters are expensive, that's why the above posters are talking about "making money on the deal". They return the filters for more store credit than they paid for the oil and filters.

You can try bringing in your used oil filters for credit...just be sure to get it on film and post on youtube.

No. With the sale, you have to buy oil and a new filter. You must buy the filter, or you don't get the sale price. Lots of people don't want the filters autozone carries, so they try to return them unused later on.
