well if its ur head gasket have some ARP studs put on when its apart so you wont have to deal with this any time soon
Use new OEM headbolts if you want it 100% trouble free. But don't jump that gun just yet....
I would wash out the coolant tank, and clean off any oil that may be sitting on top of the coolant in the radiator. DON'T drain it, just soak the oil off the top with a papar towel.
The oil may have entered the tank on accident, from a contaminated container.
Just clean it and see if it continues to appear.

also i have already cleaned out the coolant tank, and im just going to keep an eye on it, there is no power loss that i can feel.
so i went ahead and put it on the dyno last night and it showed no signs of power loss. in fact it made a few more hp than before.
so i dont think i have anything to worry about, but im for sure goin to keep an eye on it.
thanks for all the sugestions

agreed, use that warranty for all you can, you definately paid for it, so why not... and heck, all it takes is some of your time, and this way you won't pay a cent, and you will know its covered. warranty can also throw out your coverage if it has been tampered with. happened to a customer of ours...

all he did was clean out the coolant tank.
but i do agree, its good to have it documented at the dealer with the mileage showing warranty coverage and the problem noticed and documented.
put some oil back in the coolant tank and go to the dealer....would this be considered dishonest?

DO NOT put oil back into the coolant tank, it will not help his situation. i hate it when customers **** with the car and come in and act dumb/lie, because we will always find out, and it does nothing but wastes the tech's time
