Still leaking
Well, I’m a little pissed that after all this I still have a leak. I’m going to under it on a lift with it running to see if I can spot the leak.
I may take it to my mechanic to see what he says.

Did you notice any scars or tweaks in the castings that you placed the O-rings onto? Mating surfaces may need a slight sanding on a flat surface.

The S is getting put on the back burner this week. My Son's Ram 1500 needs a new water pump and a coolant flush. Apparently mixing coolants makes a brown sludge that looks a lot like emulsified oil. Thought we had a blown head gasket but not the case.

Advise your son to RTFM.

I just had the car on the lift. It is definitely leaking from the vtec (didn’t need the lift to see that). In fact it was hard to see from under the car because the filter is in the way.
I don’t get it. I replaced every seal on the vtec. Do I just need to go ham with some RVT to get that thing to seal up?
who all has had this problem and what did you do to fix?

Don't do sealant. It'll get into oil, clog passages, worse problems.
