That's not a concerning amount of oil consumption.

But there are some easy items to try and improve this condition...

Clean or replace the PCV valve. If you buy a new one, make sure its from a Honda dealer.

Switch oil brands or weights. My AP1 tends to go through 2qts of Mobil1 10W30 per 3K miles. But I can either half that or completely eliminate it by using Castrol Syntec (Black Bottle) 0W40 or 10W30.

One thing to remember since you're tracking the car. Hard right handers (especially when followed by hard left handers) will cause oil slosh within the valve cover and will cause a large amount of oil to be sucked into the intake manifold, and then burned by the engine.

If you see smoke behind you after hard right handers, you should really consider a solution, as the large amount of liquid oil being inhaled by the engine can cause damage.
