I would change it once per year, just to get the acids and condensation out of the oil that would accumulate. Use a high quality oil. Stabilizer is totally not needed in your situation. I would recommend Redline Fuel system cleaner, 1/2 bottle per tank, one bottle per year, it has an upper cylinder lubricant and is the best fuel injector cleaner as well. Totally optional but that is what I would run. I took the head off my S2000 with almost 100k miles and there wasn't a single deposit on the intake valves or intake ports, it looked brand new.
