Oil catch can help
Hellp all, i just recently installed a Cusco oil catch can and was wondering if i installed correctly. I ask this because i see no oil getting trapped in the fill meter tube. Ive been to an autox day already also. I redirected the crankcase over pressure line into the catch can inlet, then used the other inlet to connect a line to the intake arm (K&N), not the manifold. I didn't touch the PCV line or anything connecting to the intake manifold. Thanks for the help

He is correct, unless like me you have a dual catch can.
line should go from pcv valve to the catch can and then from catch can to manifold, you are trying to prevent blow by.
Just received mine on Wednesday and will be installing it this weekend.
Excellent choice.

The main culprit with blow by is caused by the pcv and it is the primary one that needs to be worried about even if NA and not booosted. If you track your car, and hit a long sweeper and the oil goes up by pcv and then shoots back into the manifold and if it is a decent amount you have a ploom of black/blue smoke out the tailpipe effecting the car behind you and the black flag usually comes out for you.
MY CR is only for track use hence why I have one, if you don't track it and not boosted, no real reason to have one.

Just received mine on Wednesday and will be installing it this weekend.
Excellent choice.

Super easy and clean install shouldn't take more than 30 minutes or less. FYI you need approximatley 6' each of the 3/8 and 1/2 lines. I don't trust the clear reinforced lines, used them before in other set ups and they tend to dry out quickly and crack.
