Where on the engine do you place the hose?
1:
I se some guys leaving the midtle hose stock, like this:
2:
Others use both, like this:
3:
Some close off the midtle hose completly and put the other in at catch tank. Like this:
4:
Some use the outher hose to the catch and return a hose to the inlet fra the catch.
WHAT TO DO ??
I drive a 2001 whit standart engine and run a lot off trackdays.

I have both my intake manifold hose and the valve cover hose plumbed into my catch tank.
--->--(from valve cover-----> (to catchtank) >----->-(to manifold).
--->--(from valve cover-----> (to catchtank) >----->-(to manifold).
Is there a good explanation why you wanna do it this way, and not one of the others listet ?
Does nobody else have an answer to this question ?

So you ran 4 tubes to the one can? One to the pcv, the IM, the breather port, and the filter neck? If they are all common how does the pcv pull the vapors out of the head? They need to be seperate paths, otherwise you just have a vacuum leak from the IM line to the filter line. Even if it isn't hooked to fresh air the system isn't working right joined like that. I'm not dogging you. I'm just making sure you understand what's going on.

So it eliminates the oil from going into the intake manifold or my intercooler piping. (im turbo'd).
As well,it also eliminates the ugly factory pvc lines

Is there a open air filter of some sort on the catch can? The breather port is supposed to let air into the head. If the system is sealed then air can't flow to the IM. Teeing into the pcv line like that prevents any air from moving.
