A leakdown test is always a good idea periodically. I'm not sure if you should be worried about the 190 number or not. Part of that depends on the conditions of the test ("wet" test or not).
1 qt per 2000 miles is a little on the high side, but not even close to the worse I've heard of in the S2000. 1qt per 5000 miles is much more reasonable though.

i forgot about the wet test!

i'll do that when i do the leakdown...
