Welcome Bird Shot! Please pitch in whenever you can.
As you've already noticed, the F20 and F22 engines are pretty easy on oil. The engines are pretty bullet proof, as long as you don't let the oil level run low or over-rev!
Do you plan on a career as a tribologist?

S2000 noob question, are they fitted with oil coolers?

There's a picture you can see the coolant line going into the sandwich plate deal.

A traditional oil cooler has air going through it so you have an extra outlet for heat.
The one we have is a coolant-to-oil heat exchanger, all the heat from the engine still has one outlet = the radiator.
The heat exchanger works both ways: warms up the oil with hotter coolant when the engine is warming up, cooles the oil with coolant when the engine is hot.
