Actually, you need replacement roll hoops (the metal part as well as the plastic part which covers them). You can't buy just the plastic. List price is $170 from Honda in the USA. Each.

Why are thy removing the roll hoops anyway? These do not need to be removed when replacing the soft-top.
I claimed it through insurance, they sent the car to this shop and then I got it back and it has sat in the garage. A month after I got it back the glue came undone (maybe because of cold plastic or bad glue) and my roll hoops are busted. I will take a picture of them later for a laugh!

ouch, they are not going to be happy to hear that.
thanks Mike!
Right now they are half attached and at the top of them there is a 1" gap or so. I can pull on it and stretch that out to 2-3". Just looks terrible

I might be alone on this, especially on a 2 year old thread, but why spend all that extra money when you can just find some glue to put it back together?!
All this doom and gloom about "It's impossible to be put back together" is ridiculously unnecessary.
It might just be me.

Especially unnecessary half-assed work. There was no need to remove the hoops in the first place and when they did remove them they ****ed it up.

Some people don't like half-assed work on their cars?

I glued my passenger one, because I unnecessarily split it, but it looks just like the OEM one, not half assed at all.
I just didn't understand the necessity to buy brand new covers just because it wasn't welded plastic anymore. Very OCD even though there is a perfectly viable solution.

Wasn't really mean. Just an explanation.
If you paid someone to do work (change your soft top) and they break something that isn't broken and didn't need to be touched then what would you want them to do?
I certainly wouldn't settle for superglue.......
Gluing would be half-assed in the effect the plastic is melted together by a small thin wire when it is made. You can't replicate that after you have opened the covers.
