OEM oil?
I'm still in the break-in period, but I'm a quart down at this point. I do _not_ think it's blowby, I think it's rampant VTECing. (Please! No lectures on driving it like I stole it with less than 1k miles on it!)
I want to add a quart, but I want to go with as close to the OEM oil as I can. Anyone have the exact specs on the OEM oil, including brand? (I don't like that waxy Pennzoil crud).
Maybe I should just change out the oil. I've heard synthetics are bad under 10,000 miles, so I'll stick with organic for now, unless anyone has better ideas.

I'd wait until you had at least 3750 miles before changing the oil. As far as adding to the break-in oil, any quality dino oil will do. Rumor is that Honda motor oil is just re-badged Mobil Drive Clean oil. A lot of owners use Castrol. Make sure you use the 10W-30 weight.
Consensus is wait till 10,000 miles to switch to synthetic.
Do a search there's a ton of info on the site on this subject.
