I have under a 1000 miles and my clutch is slipping due to the CDV.

He already has an issue with clutch slipping with the CDV.

It may slip without the CDV, but they also slip with the CDV.

You eventually learn to shift around it. I rarely get caught by the CDV anymore, but that doesn't mean that I'm not headed for an early clutch replacement because of it :/

I'm most probably getting it disabled properly when I go for a clutch change.
