OEM alignment settings with aftermarket suspension

I tried searching but ever since they switched to the new version of s2ki, the search system has been really screwy.

anyways, anyone here run oem alignment settings with their aftermarket suspension? does anyone recommend this or is against this? if you're against it, what alignment settings do you recommend?
