The prices I listed where from advance auto parts. Unless its not the same one you are speaking of. The link is:

Let me know if I'm at the wrong site, thanks.

ok question, which one is it? the options I am given are:

1) Denso Air Fuel Ratio Sensor Direct Fit (Upstream) Part No. 234-9065 ($221)

2) Denso Oxygen Sensor Direct FitPart (Downstream) No. 234-4353 ($331)

3) Denso Air Fuel Sensor Direct Fit Part No. 234-9055 ($212)

Also, are those prices pretty much it or am I not looking at the right places? Whats the going price range for O2 sensors?
When I searched for a '07, I saw $140 for the upstream Denso (234-9065). The part number is linked in my original post. I'd also like to note that this driving with CEL isn't bad for the car, but you'll fail an inspection. You'll need to borrow an oxygen sensor tool to remove it, and use the included anti-seize on the threads before you install it. If you're talking about the the one in the exhaust manifold, that's considered the upstream sensor. The downstream sensor is the one that goes in the catalytic converter.

The upstream oxygen sensor in this schematic is labelled lambda sensor and the accompanying articles describe what it does.

Check with Rock Auto. That's where I bought my Denso's.

Here's an even cheaper place to get OE sensors.

I order from RockAuto all the time. Excellent prices and very reasonable shipping costs.

Honestly, the sensors they list might work fine, but I wouldn't feel right about calling them OE sensors. I don't think "Walker" is the OEM for the upstream sensor and that's the only brand they offer. If we are talking about downstream sensors, they list Denso 234-4601 for $43.25. This seems like a cheap price until you actually do some comparison shopping:
OxygenSensors.com $43.25 + $3.00 = $46.25
Amazon.com $43.57 + free shipping = $43.57
RockAuto.com $35.89 + $3.20 = $39.09

I'd also like to point out that AP1, AP2 ('04-'05) and AP2 ('06-'09) use different oxygen sensors. According to his profile, the OP has a 2007 model, not a 2003. Therefore if you wanted to suggest OxygenSensors.com, you should have used this link:
http://oxygensensors.com/catalog.php?&pkey=1434327

At $142.16 for a "Walker" brand sensor, it's more than what RockAuto charges for a Denso 234-4353.

In summary for a '07 upstream sensor, OxygenSensors.com, it's not OEM and it's not cheaper.

They must be out, because I seem to remember them having the OEM upstream sensor as well.

Thank you ... I ordered it from rock auto. Now just waiting for it to show up. Finally can get this taken care of.

I will have to do emission testing at the beginning of the year so hopefully this will take care of the CEL and I can pass with flying colors.

Thanks again dwight and to everyone else.
