Odd Squeak from rear

Odd Squeak from rear
Wondering if anyone could help me out having the same problem before.
I started hearing a squeaking noise coming from what sounds like the driver side rear wheel.
It goes away when I am on the gas or riding through a downshift.
It does not change noise or pitch when i brake, or e-brake for that matter.
Once clutch is pressed in you can clearly hear it. The closer to stopping I get the more dragged out the squeak gets (if that makes sense).
The odd time i can hear it while im on the gas, or cruising slow.
Is this a simple wheel bearing fix? I already checked the dust/brake shield and pads are coming off tonight.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Almost exact same as this video.

Also thought I'd add there is no droning noise when cruising at higher speed like normal bad wheel bearings.
Almost suspect it's the pads, but thought I'd ask around before I tackle it tonight.
