Odd Noise in Motor

I have to update the video, this video doesn't do the sound justice.
No flakes in my oil, I just installed new bearings, crankshaft was fine. Everything was torque'd to spec.
It's always knocking, sound doesn't go away with throttle, does not increase with higher revs. I'm starting to think it's the valves.
As far as the pressure, I'm breaking my head researching PCV, I'm going to swap the PCV with my other motor just to be safe.
I disconnected every coil pack one at a time, and sound does not change, therefore I strongly believe it is not rod knock. The noise is by the secondary air pump, the noise is coming from the top, not the bottom, either the head or the intake manifold, even with a stethoscope I can't pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from, I just know it's not coming from the bottom. Can the air pump cause this noise? It really sounds like it's coming from there.
