Default odd issues please help

Two things are going on with my my00 s2k.
I have 133k miles and car normally runs perfect.

Sometimes when i am on the highway between 4-6k rpms i have a random cylinder misfire. Normally happens on the highway and it isnt often. My car is tuned on aem ems on pump gas.

The other issue is that i recently installed new tires and got an alignment done. When i left the shop the steering wheel was perfectly straight, now for some reason the top of the steering wheel is sitting at like 11 o clock. I always hear these unusual cracking noises sometimes when turn my wheel and i am lowered about 1.5 inches all around.

Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

id guess the misfire is due to the tuning issue or fuel.
the cracking i'd turn the wheel all the way to one side and inspect all the bushings. or better yet, jack up the front and have some turn the wheel and look for what's rubbing.

Ok i was worried about that so most likely is a tuning issue. I am not rubbing anywhere due to the drop, could it be something else? The tierod bushings are cracked and one side is ripped, could that be the issue? My mechanic said if there was no movement of the wheel it should be fine. ..
