I just ordered an OBDC-II reader for $40 from Harbor Freight.

Not sure It will be any use on the S2000, but thought for $40, I'll eventually get use out of it on one of my vehicles.

Where is the OBDC connector on the S2000? Is it a generic connector? Are there S2K specific codes in addition to generic OBDC codes, and has anyone compiled them?

Also, I thought there where some good previous threads on OBDC, but a search turned up nothing...

O.K., searching for OBD2 rather than OBDC or OBDC-II turned up better results...

Still don't know if this cable interface will work:

Too many acronyms running around my head.... On Board Diagnostics (OBD), not On Board Diagnostic Computer(OBDC), and certainly not Open Database Connectivity (ODBC)!

At one time, wasn't the full OBDC acronym used? Perhaps before the release of OBD2?

For a MY2002, it is on the driver side under the dash (toward the center of the car).
