Default OBD2 P1399 and misfiring?

hi guys.....

pls help me out...

3weeks ago my car was stopped cuz alternator was gone

last week i changed new alternator....and all voltage is stable...

but when i revved up round 7k to 8k rpm, CEL is blinking and erased it by itself...

the CODE is P1399...

When i drove my car, after 7k rpm it feels sluggish...

idle is great...and rev up till 7k rpm without misfiring or blinking CEL.

but rev up over 7k rpm...misfiring...with blinking CEL

today I changed new coils and plugs but no difference.......

before dying my alternator... car condition was great..

my car is ap1 02 model and always put in premium gas....

did valve adjustment and changed cam chain and tentioner 2 months ago...

pls help...

You can try going through the misfire troubleshooting guide in the FAQ. However it is for NA cars and your SC adds a few more variables that will make things harder to troubleshoot.

Is the p1399 the only code? Are you saying the code erases itself? After key off? Is it a Oem alternator? p1399 is not a dtc that honda uses but a generic dtc stating that there is a misfire. Did you double check alternator bolts, electrical connections, map fitment? Just curious but did you leave the battery connected when you changed out the alternator?
